I am a Board Certifed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in NY State. My passion includes integrative psychiatry, nutrition, and physical wellness. Collaboration within a professional network provides a broad mental health framework that recognizes individuals as complex systems inclusive of mental, physical, and spiritual health.
An adaptive approach
I work with adults (ages 18+) individually or in direct collaboration with psychotherapists. Referrals may be provided if needed. In-person and telehealth services are available.
The treatment approach is guided by client preference, goals, and comfort level and may include a combination of medication, nutraceuticals, and therapy.
